Consulting in the fields of constitutional, constitutional procedural, administrative, and administrative procedural law is primarily carried out on issues of exceptional complexity, as the professional capabilities and experience of the Company’s members allow them to develop solutions for matters of any complexity. Consulting in the fields of civil and criminal law relates to specific fundamental issues and is conducted through attorneys and other specialists collaborating with the Company. Furthermore, the Company’s capabilities provide the opportunity to draft highly complex normative and individual legal acts.
The founders of the Company possess decades of experience in drafting a series of legal acts of key importance to the legal system of the Republic of Armenia. They are the authors or co-authors of the current Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, a number of constitutional laws—specifically the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code” and the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court”—as well as the Law “On Freedom of Assembly,” the Law “On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Proceedings,” the Administrative Procedure Code, the Law “On the Formation and Activity of the Security Council,” the Law “On the Disaster Zone,” and numerous subordinate legal acts.
The founders of the Company have also participated in drafting a number of key laws, such as the current Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly,” the Civil Code, the Civil Procedure Code, the Labor Code, the Law “On Public Service,” the Law “On Judicial Service,” and the Law “On Civil Service.”
The members of the Company have immense experience in the legal expertise of normative and individual legal acts. Ensuring their compliance with superior law—the Constitution, international law, and statutes—or the compliance of subordinate normative legal acts with superior subordinate normative legal acts has been a core focus of the Company’s members for decades. This applies to their work in drafting decisions for the Constitutional Court, conducting state legal expertise, as well as their activities within the National Assembly, the Constitutional Court, the Staff of the President of the Republic, and the Judicial Department.
