Justice Through Law (IUSTITIA PER IUS) is a legal advisory firm dedicated to advancing the rule of law in the Republic of Armenia. In cooperation with like-minded organizations and professionals, the Firm contributes—within its areas of expertise—to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the prevention of unlawful conduct, particularly unconstitutional actions, and the effective response to such violations.
At the core of our mission is the preservation of the intrinsic value of law, without which it risks being reduced to a mere technical instrument of public authority.
Law serves a dual function: it guarantees freedom grounded in justice while also providing a framework for assessing the legitimacy of restrictions imposed in the public interest. Through law, we seek to uphold the principles of natural law as a limit on positive law, while maintaining a fair and principled balance between freedom and its lawful limitations.
